At HannaJewels, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver jewellery you’ll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy applies as follows:

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Certain items such as customized, engraved, or sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
